Absence Policy

All absences must be reported online at least 48-hours in advance before the missed class to qualify for a make-up lesson (see absence form on our website). Verbal requests over the phone or in person will not be recorded. I have 30 days from the qualifying reported absence to attend your make-up lesson. Make up classes can only be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. Make-up lessons are based on availability and not guaranteed. Make up classes will not be scheduled in consecutive weeks. Makeup's expire after 30 days from the absence.

Private makeups will be completed in group sessions unless there is an absence for a separate private lesson the same day/week you would like to schedule. No refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued for unused make-ups. Make-ups must be scheduled the week you want to attend, and cannot be rescheduled. Students must be actively enrolled in weekly lessons to attend make-up lessons. Make-up lessons do not apply for Swim Blitz or promotional offers and cannot be transferred between students.
